WHAT TO EXPECT
Both teams enter Round 6 undefeated with five wins from five, setting the scene for a thrilling Saturday night contest with the Thunderbirds looking to avenge their loss to the Vixens in last season’s 2025 Minor Semi Final.

The Super Helpful Game, proudly supported by Aware Super, will celebrate everyday community heroes, with representatives from several bushfire‑affected communities in attendance. The event will also mark the launch of Netball Victoria’s Community Support Program, which will provide financial and other support to individuals, clubs, associations and leagues across the netball community affected by natural disasters.

ONE TO WATCH
Kiera Austin has been a standout throughout the Vixens’ 2026 campaign, continuing to deliver with consistency and class in goal attack. The Vixens Vice-Captain has a shooting accuracy of 82% in regular time and 75% for supershots this season, alongside 71 goal assists.

Her reliable and dynamic partnership with Sophie Garbin has been instrumental in the Vixen’s wins this season Austin is set to take the court once again this weekend as she celebrates her 100th Suncorp Super Netball appearance.

5 – Last time they met, player of the match Kiera Austin dominated under the post, scoring 5/5 crucial super shots under intense pressure. The Diamonds star also banked 114 Net Points and had 26 feeds of her own in a display of pure class and determination in front of an away crowd.
