Ticket purchasers who require a wheelchair bay, specific seat or have a Companion Card can call Melbourne & Olympic Parks on
(03) 9286 1208 (Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm) to reserve a seat to a Vixens home match at John Cain Arena.

A group booking consists of a minimum of 8+ people for all 2026 HOME matches at John Cain Arena.

To qualify for a concession ticket, customers must hold one of the following forms of identification; Pension card (aged, single parent or disability), Student card (full-time only), Seniors card or Veterans Affairs concession card. Health care cards do not qualify.

To qualify for a junior ticket, customers must be under 15 years of age.

Children aged 2 and under are entitled to enter the venue at no charge; however, they must not occupy a seat. A junior ticket must be purchased for the child, if the child wishes to occupy a seat.

A Flexi Short Pass (3 games) and Flexi Full Court (7 games) membership allows you to select your own seat in the Silver or Bronze areas for home matches via Ticketek website at no additional fee.

A Flexi Plus Short Pass (3 games) and Flexi Plus Full Court (7 games) membership allows you to select your own seat in the Gold. Silver or Bronze areas for all home matches via Ticketek website at no additional fee.

A Beyond the Court Plus (1 game) membership allows you to select your own seat in the Silver or Bronze areas for all home matches via Ticketek website at no additional fee.

2026 Flexi, Flexi Plus and Beyond the Court members will be able to redeem a seat to 2026 Melbourne Vixens matches from 12pm Thursday 26 February via Ticketek.

Flexi, Flexi Plus and the Beyond the Court Members are required to redeem a free member seat for 2026 Melbourne Vixens home matches via Ticketek using their 14-digit 2026 membership barcode (identified on their 2026 membership card)

Flexi/Flexi Plus/Beyond the Court Plus members have a ticket pre-sale period to redeem their free member ticket/seat to Vixens 2026 home matches prior to tickets going on sale to the general public. Flexi/Flexi Plus and Beyond the Court members will not be charged any additional transaction or booking fees when booking their member tickets through the Ticketek site. Please note, ticketing is subject to availability.

Yes, at the time of booking your members seat/s, you will be able to purchase additional tickets in the same transaction to ensure that you all sit together.

Affiliated Netball Victoria associations and leagues are eligible to receive a 30% group ticket discount for all 2025 home matches (groups of 8+ people). Association/Leagues must contact Ticketek Group bookings on 1300 364 002 and quote the password GROOTS26 to redeem the offer and purchase tickets.

Yes, birthday party packages will be offered for all 2026 Vixens home matches at John Cain Arena. Bookings will open from 12pm Wednesday 4 March via Ticketek Group bookings. Call 1300 364 001 or complete the online booking form to make a booking.

Costs -$48 per child and $37 for accompanying Adult (no food). Minimum birthday party booking is 10 children.

Corporate Hospitality packages will be offered for all 2026 Vixens home matches at John Cain Arena and can be purchased via Ticketek from 12noon, 11 February 2026. Melbourne Vixens members have access to purchase a ticket to away interstate matches through the Melbourne Vixens. Members will be required to contact the club via email three weeks prior to the match for tickets and payments to be organised.
