Four Melbourne Vixens Players named in Australian 21/u team

Selectors have today announced the Australian 21/U team that will be taking part in a series of warm-up matches against the Australian Diamonds, New Zealand Silver Ferns and England in the lead-up to the Netball World Cup in Sydney and Newcastle between 1-5 August.

Netball Victoria CEO Michelle Plane said, “It is fantastic to see that four Melbourne Vixens players have been named in the Australian 21/U team: Alice Teague-Neeld, Chloe Watson, Liz Watson and Jo Weston. This is a great achievement and strongly reflects on our considerable investment in the Netball Victoria pathway systems, resulting in talented athletes representing their country.”

We wish the Australian 21/U team all the very best in this tournament.
