Members’ choice will be available again in 2024 which allows Melbourne Vixens Adult & Concession members* to choose which item they will receive in their membership pack.
Through our surveys and feedback, we've discovered what you love about your membership and what could be improved. So, in 2024, Adult & Concession members will have a choice to receive a 2024 membership scarf or a 2024 membership beanie.
Member Choice is only available to Adult & Concession members who purchase a 2024 Melbourne Vixens membership.
Junior and Pet memberships are not eligible for Member Choice as these categories receive specific items according to their membership type.
When renewing or purchasing your 2024 Melbourne Vixens Membership online, you can make your choice during the checkout process:
- Under Additional Information section, complete the Member Choice Item section and select either a Scarf OR Beanie from the drop down and then click Next
- If you don't select one of the Member Choice, you will be sent a 2024 Scarf with your 2024 membership pack.

Vixens4Life auto-rollover members - Please ensure you make your choice by completing the Vixens4Life Member Choice item request form by Wednesday 1 November 2023 - otherwise you will be defaulted to receiving a member scarf.
PLEASE NOTE: 2024 membership packs will start to be sent out from early December 2023.
If you don't select one of the Member CHoice options, then you will be sent a 2024 Scarf with your 2024 membership pack.

When will I receive my member item?

*Member packs for Full Court Reserved and Cheer Squad members will be sent in January/February 2024 after 2024 reserved seat allocationas have been finalised.
What happens if I do not make a choice?
You will receive a 2024 scarf as the default item.
Do I have to pay for shipping to receive my Member Choice item?
No. For Member Choice, this item will be sent in the post with your 2-24 Membership pack and card from December 2023*.
*Member packs for Full Court Reserved and Cheer Squad members will be sent in January/February 2024 after 2024 reserved seat allocations have been finalised.
When do I make my choice?

When renewing or purchasing your 2024 Melbourne Vixens membership over the phone, you will be asked to confirm your Member Choice prior to payment.
If you don't select one of the Member Choice options, then you will be sent a 2024 scarf as the default item with your 2024 membership pack.
