At the Melbourne Vixens, we believe that everyone has the right to enjoy all matches and events in a safe and welcoming environment. This extends to Vixens members, supporters, athletes, volunteers and staff, as well as opposition fans, staff and athletes.
Members are bound by the Melbourne Vixens Member Code of Conduct, which is in place to benefit all members, supporters and the wider netball community.

Reporting anti-social behaviour
Reporting anti-social behaviour at the time is the most effective way to prevent further issues. If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable due to another patron’s actions, anonymously reporting anti-social behaviour is the best action to take:
- At Vixens matches – report anti-social behaviour directly to a venue staff member, inform club staff located at the information booth (southern concourse) or SMS John Cain Arena’s anti-social behaviour number (0481 609 978) and identify the Section, Row and Seat/s along with the behaviour witnessed.
