International fixture rolls on with four Vixens named in Diamonds squad
The international netball calendar is set to continue for our four Diamonds – Kate Moloney, Jo Weston, Kiera Austin, and Liz Watson – who have been selected to play in the upcoming Constellation Cup and England Series.
Fresh off winning Commonwealth Games gold, captain Liz Watson will once again lead the Diamonds as they look to reclaim the Constellation Cup from the Silver Ferns. Watson will be joined by Moloney and Austin in the four-game competition that will take place across Australia and New Zealand.
The squad for the England Series will look a little bit different with Watson rested, while Jo Weston will return alongside Austin and Moloney, keeping the strong Vixens contingent alive.
Prior to stepping out on court in mid-October, the Diamonds will complete a training camp at the AIS in Canberra to prepare them for the remainder of the international calendar.
