Your guide to Team Girls Cup
All eight Super Netball clubs will converge in Sydney for the annual Team Girls Cup pre-season tournament this weekend. Matches will be played at Ken Rosewall Arena on Wangal Country.

- Squads of up to 12 (up to 5 athletes on the bench)
- 4 x 10-minute quarters
- Super shots in play for final 3 minutes of each quarter
- 1 x 60-second timeout per team, per half
- Drawn matches during preliminary rounds and first 3 finals matches will stand (no extra time)
- Grand final will be played to a result (extra time if required)
