All Abilities clinic FAQs

Train Like a Vixen All Abilities clinics begin at 10am and finish at 1pm. Sign in opens at 9.15am.

Train Like a Vixen All Abilities clinics are open to people with disabilities aged 15-25 years.

The cost for Train Like a Vixen All Abilities clinics is $60 per participant.

Train Like a Vixen All Abilities is held at the home of netball in Victoria and the training base of the Melbourne Vixens, the State Netball Centre, Brens Drive, Parkville.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a Melbourne Vixens athlete will attend every Train Like a Vixen clinic. We work with our Melbourne Vixens squad (including training partners) to have players in attendance at each clinic, but due to team and other commitments, at times the squad may be unavailable.

Participants need to bring a drink bottle with water and morning tea/snacks.

There is a café available upstairs where parents/carers are welcome to grab a coffee or lunch, but participants are not allowed to leave the courts during breaks.

Participants will be required to wear comfortable active wear and comfortable netball or sport runners.

A Train Like a Vixen t-shirt will be provided on arrival.

Yes, we have a first aid officer at all of our clinics.

It is important that we are advised of any injury, illness or allergies prior to the clinic so we can alert the first aid officer on the day.

If you have any pre-existing injuries, please make sure strapping/taping is completed before the clinic starts.

If you cannot attend your clinic, we are happy to offer a credit to use on another clinic within a 12-month period. No refunds will be given unless there is a medical certificate provided.

All coaches at our clinics have a valid Working with Children Check.

2026 Melbourne Vixens members receive a 10% discount on Train Like a Vixen clinics. The discount is automatically applied during the checkout process for members who log in to make their purchase.
