Hannah Mundy re-signs with Melbourne Vixens

The Melbourne Vixens are pleased to confirm midcourter Hannah Mundy, Vixens #55, has re-signed with the club for the 2027 season.

A proud Victorian pathway product, Mundy has played 75 games and become an important member of the Vixens’ midcourt since making her SSN debut with the Vixens in 2021. Comfortable at wing attack and centre, she has built a reputation for her drive, creativity and composure under pressure.

Mundy’s achievements include Melbourne Vixens Rookie of the Year in 2021, Australian Fast5 gold in 2022, being a member of the 2025 Melbourne Vixens championship team and making her Australian Diamonds debut in 2025.

In the 2026 Suncorp Super Netball season, Mundy played 15 games for the Vixens, with 144 goal assists, 201 centre pass receives, 43 general play turnovers, eight deflections and six intercepts.

Melbourne Vixens Head Coach Di Honey said Mundy’s re-signing was an important part of the club’s 2027 plans.

“Hannah has grown into a really important player for the Vixens, bringing genuine speed, creativity and composure to our attacking end,” Honey said.

“Her journey through the Victorian pathway is a great example of what our system can produce, and the way she continues to grow through every challenge says a lot about her character.

“Hannah represents the future of this club, and we know our members and fans will be excited to see her continue with the club in 2027.”

Mundy said she was proud to continue her career with the Vixens and grateful for the support she had received from teammates, coaches, staff and fans.

“This club means so much to me, and I’m really excited to keep representing the Vixens,” Mundy said.

“I feel lucky to be part of such a special group and I’m motivated to keep improving, keep contributing and help this team achieve more success.”
