Weston ruled out of Quad Series
Jo Weston has been ruled out of the upcoming Netball Quad Series with a calf injury.
The Origin Australian Diamonds will take on South Africa, England and New Zealand in the Netball Quad Series in Cape Town from 22-26 January.
Sunshine Coast Lightning defender Tara Hinchliffe has been elevated to the Diamonds squad and included in the tour squad of 14 athletes, which also features Vixens Kate Moloney, Kiera Austin and Diamonds captain Liz Watson.
"Joanna has a minor calf injury and will continue her rehab back in Melbourne," said Origin Australian Diamonds head coach Stacey Marinkovich.
