I am a Vixens member; Will the club notify me with details on how to access tickets for Finals?

Yes, if you are a 2026 Melbourne Vixens Member the purchaser of your membership will receive an email Monday morning with information regarding the members presale.

I am a member; how do i access the member Pre-sale?

Members will receive an email with all the links and information regarding the Members Pre-sale. You will need your 14 - digit barcode to access your tickets

I am a reserved seat holder; do i get my seat for finals?

Yes, if the Vixens host a home Semi or Prelim final at John Cain Arena, Reserved Seat Members will have the opportunity to purchase their allocated home match seat for that game (excluding the Grand Final). Further information will be communicated to reserved seat members.

I have a non-access match day membership; can i access the members pre-sale

Yes, if you hold any Beyond the Court, Flexi, Reserved seat or Inner Sanctum membership you have access to the members pre-sale.

Can I purchase additional tickets during the member pre-sale?

Please refer to the email sent to members for details on the number of tickets that can be purchased per barcode in each transaction

Who do I contact if i have a ticketing issue

Please contact Netball Australia with any issues or feedback as the Vixens don't manage the finals series.
