Vixens4Life is a payment plan option offered to all Melbourne Vixens members – opt in and your membership will automatically roll over each year with payment charged either in full or over 6-monthly instalments.

If paying by 6-monthly installments, the first instalment will be debited on the 15th October 2025 and remaining instalments will be debited on the 15th of each month from November 2025 to March 2026. A $10 service fee applies when paying by installments.

We ask that members who utilise this option ensure there are sufficient funds available on these dates.

If you need to update your credit card details or require further information about the direct debit payment plan, contact 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67).

By opting in to the Vixens4life payment option, a member authorises Netball Victoria to automatically renew their annual membership in October each year and debit their nominated credit card for the membership fee (either monthly or in full) for the forthcoming year in accordance with membership terms and conditions, including:

Members will be given at least 7 days’ notice in writing of the relevant membership fee, and will be notified of any changes to their membership category or entitlements before any Vixens4life rollover takes effect.

Members can opt out of the Vixens4life payment option at the conclusion of their last instalment and prior to the first instalment of the following season, by notifying Netball Victoria in writing or via email at [email protected]. Where notice is given prior to 15 October 2025, there will be no automatic renewal of membership. All outstanding payments must be complete at time of opting out.

2025 Full Court Reserved and Cheer Squad members who wish to renew and add additional supporters to their group are required to forfeit their current reserved seat allocation.

The Melbourne Vixens cannot guarantee new reserved seats will be located near current reserved seat allocations. We ask renewing members to carefully consider if they wish to forfeit their current reserved seat allocation, as we cannot return you to your existing reserved seat allocation if you change your mind.

The Melbourne Vixens will allocate reserved seat changes/upgrades within date order of receiving the application. The club is unable to, and does not, guarantee that your seating request will be able to be accommodated.

As Reserved Seat memberships will be capped for 2026 the Melbourne Vixens cannot guarantee you will be able to add supporters to your group.

2026 reserved seat changes/upgrades will start to be processed from Wednesday 5th November 2025 and you will be notified of the outcome of your application as soon as possible.

Can the Vixens assist me with purchasing tickets to interstate away matches?

The club can assist Melbourne Vixens members to purchase a ticket to interstate away matches. Members will be required to contact the club via email two weeks prior to the match for tickets and payment to be organised. For any interstate ticketing we assist with, we cannot guarantee the location of these tickets as the home team determines away team ticket allocations.

Please email the membership team at [email protected] for any further membership or ticketing questions.
