Melbourne Vixens Captain, Kate Moloney will join the Samsung Australian Diamonds camp ahead of the Quad Series beginning on Saturday.
Moloney, along with Caitlyn Nevins, Susan Pettitt and Sam Poolman, have been named as training partners for the Diamonds, and will take part in their Quad Series preparation camp in Queensland.
“Our training partners play an important role in refining our preparations for the Netball Quad Series,” said Diamonds Coach, Lisa Alexander.
“The four athletes will participate in all aspects of the camp, including performance analysis, courtwork and off-court activities.”
Moloney’s selection as a Diamonds Squad member and training partner comes after a standout 2017 Suncorp Super Netball season as Captain of the Vixens.
Moloney will be joined at the camp by Vixens teammates Liz Watson, Jo Weston, Tegan Philip and Emily Mannix, who have been named in the Diamonds team to contest the Quad Series.
The Diamonds first match is at 3pm on Saturday 26 August against the England Roses. You can watch the game live on Channel 9 or on the Netball Live app.
