There are a number of ways to sign up as a Melbourne Vixens member:

Existing members looking to renew will need to log-in to the Melbourne Vixens Members Portal found at melbournevixens.com.au using their username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the ‘forgot details’ link to retrieve these.

New members will be able to purchase 2019 Vixens memberships at melbournevixens.com.au from Friday, 30 November.

Yes, Netball Victoria members receive a 10% discount on Melbourne Vixens membership packages and ticketing options. You will be required to have your Netball Victoria membership number to receive the discount.

Any 2018 member who renews their membership for 2019 before Friday 7 December 2018 will only pay the price of their 2018 membership!

2018 membership price will automatically be calculated when renewing online or via the phone. Any 2019 membership renewal paid via the mail with a post mark of 7 December 2018 or earlier will be processed at the 2018 membership price.

Members were issued a new username to log in to the membership system in 2018. Member usernames will also be identfied on 2019 renewal forms however you can contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67).

The first instalment will be debited at the time of receiving the renewal application. Remaining instalments will be debited on the 16th of each month from December 2018 to June 2019.

We kindly ask members who have utilised the direct debit payment plan to have sufficient funds available on these dates.

If you need to update your credit card details or require further information about the direct debit payment plan, please contact 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67).

Members will also be charged a $10 fee to use this service.

2018 Melbourne Vixens Full Court Reserved Seat holders have until 5pm, Friday 14 December 2018 to renew their existing reserved seat allocation.

Members who don’t renew prior to the cut-off date and wish to renew their existing membership product will be provided with a new reserved seat allocation in 2019.

2019 Melbourne Vixens family memberships must consist of two (2) full adult and two (2) junior members or one (1) full adult and three (3) junior members. Junior members must be under the age of 15 as of the 1 January 2019.

New Flexi Memberships allow you to select your own seat in silver or bronze areas each match through the Ticketek website at no additional fee. This is an affordable option that allows you to coordinate seats with other Flexi Members or purchase additional tickets for your family and friends.

New in 2019, the Beyond Court – Little Vixen membership is for 0-5-year old’s who want to become an official Vixens member. Little Vixen members receive all exclusive membership benefits, a membership card, lanyard plus a Foxy plush toy!

The Cubs Corner is a safe space to watch the netball for parents with infants and toddlers at Melbourne Arena and Margaret Court Arena. Purchase a new Flexi Full Court or Flexi Short Pass Cubs Corner membership to access the Cub Corner for all Melbourne Vixens home matches at Melbourne Arena and Margaret Court Arena. Obtain a Cubs Corner seat for each home match through the Ticketek website at no additional fee.

2018 Full Court Reserved Seat and Cheer Squad members, who wish to renew and add additional supporters to their group, are required to forfeit their current allocation. The Melbourne Vixens will allocate new reserved seats within date order of receiving the application.

Due to the amount of reserved seat requests anticipated, the Melbourne Vixens cannot guarantee the new reserved seats will be located near your current reserved seat allocation. We kindly ask renewing members to carefully decide if they wish to forfeit their current allocation, as we cannot provide you with your existing reserved seat allocation if you change your mind.

The first lodgement of personalised membership cards and supporter packs is scheduled to be lodged via Australia Post in early December*. Due to the high demand of parcels being lodged via Australia Post at this time of year, we cannot guarantee that these items will be received prior to Christmas. If you have purchased a membership for a Christmas present, please visit the Melbourne Vixens website and follow the links to print off your complimentary Melbourne Vixens Christmas certificate. (*This lodgement will not include members who have upgraded to a new reserved seat membership).

If you have lost your personalised membership card, please contact the membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) to have your membership card re-issued. Once your membership card has been re-issued your previous barcode will be invalid.

Venue management have advised that in 2019, the court at Melbourne Arena (formerly Hisense Arena) will be re-positioned to a north-south orientation. 2018 reserve seat holders have been relocated to a similar seating position for 2019.

Flexi Full Court or Short Pass Members are required to reserve a seat for all Melbourne Vixens home matches through the Ticketek website using their barcode (found on their membership card). There will be pre-sale period for members to reserve seats prior to tickets going on sale to the general public. There will be no additional transaction or booking fees when booking through the Ticketek site.

Yes, at the time of booking your seats you will be able to purchase additional tickets in the same transaction to ensure that you all sit together.

If you haven’t received your personalised membership card and supporter pack, please contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67). If your membership card needs to be re-issued your previous card’s barcode will become invalid.

Yes – A 2019 Melbourne Vixens membership is transferable to family and friends.

A 2019 Melbourne Vixens membership will give patrons one (1) entry entitlement per home game throughout the season based on the game entitlements of your membership. Please note that the transferring of memberships is subject to the classification (e.g. concession and junior) of the membership.

The Melbourne Vixens Fan Day is yet to be scheduled. Details will be communicated to members once finalised.

Melbourne Vixens members will automatically receive Melbourne Vixens emails if you provide your email address at the time of joining up. You will receive weekly emails during the season with match previews and reports.

If you wish to opt-out, please unsubscribe through the email you have received.

If you are no longer receiving these emails, but wish to join the mailing list again, please contact the membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67).

To ensure you receive all Melbourne Vixens communication, we kindly ask Members to contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) or visit the Melbourne Vixens Members Portal and follow the prompts to update your personal details.

Melbourne Vixens members have access to purchase a ticket to away interstate matches through the Melbourne Vixens. Members will be required to contact the club two weeks prior to the match for tickets and payments to be organised.

Suncorp Super Netball will release the fixture on Wednesday, 5 December.
