Accessible Seating - Ticket purchasers who require a wheelchair bay, specific seat or have a Companion Card can contact the Ticketek Accessible seating line on 1300 665 915 or send through a request here to reserve a seat.

Please follow the directions below to reserve a seat:

Step 1: Log in to your Ticketek account. If you do not have a Ticketek account sign up. If you have forgotten your password click on forgotten password? link

Step 2: Members will be required to enter their 2022 14-digit membership barcode number in the password box to access tickets.

• Members with more than one barcode will need to enter each barcode on a separate line in the password box
• A maximum of 10 barcodes can be entered per transaction
• Once you have added your barcodes in the password box, click on Unlock tickets

Step 3: Select your Vixens Member ticket/s. Select 1 for each barcode you have entered. You can also select to purchase additional tickets for non-members.

Then choose a ticket delivery option.

Step 4: Once selected click on Go to checkout.

Step 5: Order Confirmation - your order has been confirmed.
