How do I renew or sign up to the Melbourne Vixens?
There are a number of options to sign up to the Melbourne Vixens:
Internet: Members will need to logon to the Melbourne Vixens portal found at melbournevixens.com.au using their username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the Forgot Password link to retrieve your details.
Phone: Call 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) to speak to our membership team.
Mail: Mail your completed Renewal form with credit card details, cheque or money order and return to: Melbourne Vixens

I’m on the Melbourne Vixens direct debit payment plan, when will the instalments be debited?
The first instalment will be debited at the time of receiving the renewal application. Remaining instalments will be debited on the 16th of each month from November – February. We kindly ask members who have utilised the direct debit payment plan to have sufficient funds available on these dates. If you need to update your credit card details or require further information about the direct debit payment plan, please contact 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67). Members will also be charged a 3% fee.
When do 2016 Full Court Reserved Seat and Cheer Squad membership holders need to renew their existing reserved seat allocation?
2016 Melbourne Vixens Full Court Reserved Seat and Cheer Squad membership holders have until 5pm, Friday the 11th of November to renew their existing reserved seat allocation. Members who don’t renew prior to the cut-off date and wish to renew their existing membership product will be provided with a new reserved seat allocation in 2017.
I’m a 2016 Full Court Reserved Seat and Cheer Squad membership holder and wish to add additional supporters to my group, is this possible?
2016 Full Court Reserved Seat and Cheer Squad members, who wish to renew and add additional supporters to their group, are required to forfeit their current allocation. The Melbourne Vixens will allocate new reserved seats within date order of receiving the application. Due to the amount of reserved seat requests anticipated to be received, the Melbourne Vixens cannot guarantee the new reserved seats will be located near your current reserved seat allocation. We kindly ask renewing members to carefully decide if they wish to forfeit their current allocation, as we cannot provide you with your existing reserved seat allocation if you change your mind.
When will I receive my personalised membership card and supporter pack?
The first lodgement of personalised membership cards and supporter packs is scheduled to be lodged via Australia Post early December*. Due to the high demand of parcels being lodged via Australia Post in December, there is no guarantee that these items will be received prior to Christmas. If you have purchased a membership for a Christmas present, please visit the Melbourne Vixens website and follow the links to print off your complimentary Melbourne Vixens Christmas certificate. (*This lodgement will not include members who have upgraded to a new reserved seat membership).
I have lost my Melbourne Vixens membership card, what do I need to do?
If you have lost your personalised membership card, please contact the membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) to have your membership card re-issued. Once your membership card has been re-issued your previous barcode will be invalid.
I have not received my membership card and supporter pack. What do I need to do?
If you haven’t received your personalised membership card and supporter pack, please contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) to have it re-ordered. Once your membership card has been re-issued your previous barcode will be invalid.
Can I transfer my Melbourne Vixens membership to a friend or family member?
Yes – A 2017 Melbourne Vixens membership is transferable to family and friends. A 2017 Melbourne Vixens membership will give patrons one (1) entry entitlement per home game throughout the season based on the game entitlements of your membership. Please note that the transferring of memberships is subject to the classification (e.g concession & junior) of the membership. You are able to upgrade your membership through Ticketek if required.
What is the definition of a family membership?
2017 Melbourne Vixens family memberships must consist of two (2) full adult and two (2) junior members or one (1) full adult and three (3) junior members. Junior members must be under the age of 15 as of the 1st of January 2017.
When is the Melbourne Vixens Fan Day?
The Melbourne Vixens Fan Day is yet to be scheduled. Details will be communicated to members once finalised.
What are the ‘Member Only’ post-match functions and when are they held?
2017 Melbourne Vixens members will have the opportunity to attend exclusive ‘Member Only’ match day functions. Dates are to be confirmed and members will be notified via email.
How can I subscribe to receive Melbourne Vixens emails?
Melbourne Vixens members will automatically receive Melbourne Vixens emails if you provide your email address at the time of joining up. If you wish to opt-out, please unsubscribe through the email you have received.
How can I update my personal contact details?
To ensure you receive all Melbourne Vixens communication, we kindly ask members to contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) or visit the Melbourne Vixens members’ portal and follow the prompts to update your personal details.
When will the Behind the Scenes tour on Match Day and exclusive breakfast event be held for Inner Sanctum Members?
As part of the Inner Sanctum Membership, members are invited to attend a Match Day Behind the Scenes tour and Exclusive Breakfast Event.
The Behind the Scenes tour will be hosted prior to 2017 Melbourne Vixens home match. Date and time will be confirmed and will be communicated prior to the 2017 season.
The Exclusive Breakfast Event will be hosted during the 2017 season with a date, time and venue to be confirmed.
If you are unable to attend the designated time and venue or any part of the event is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for any reason, members forfeit the right to attend the event and no cash or alternative event will be substituted.
I am a Melbourne Vixens member and would like to attend an Interstate match. How do I purchase tickets?
Melbourne Vixens members have access to purchase a ticket to away Interstate matches through the Melbourne Vixens. Members will be required to contact the club two weeks prior to the match for tickets and payments to be organised.
I have a General Admission Membership and would like to bring a friend. Can we sit together? Yes your friend is able to purchase a general admission ticket and you will both be able to sit in the General Admission area together.
I am Netball Victoria member. Do I receive a discount on memberships and ticketing?
Yes, Netball Victoria members receive a 10% discount on Melbourne Vixens membership packages and ticketing options. You will be required to have your Netball Victoria membership number to receive the discount.
What is the $3.95 Service & Handling fee?
This year Ticketek have introduced a $3.95 Service & Handling fee on all membership transactions. This fee is charged to all membership transactions regardless of payment method.
Where will Melbourne Vixens home games be played?
The fixture will play a large role in determining where the Melbourne Vixens will play in 2017. However, Melbourne Vixens matches will be played at the Melbourne Park precinct at either Hisense Arena or Margaret Court Arena. Exact dates, venues and matches will be determined once the fixture is released on Monday 7 November 2016.
I was a Full Court General Admission, Short Pass or Beyond the Court member in 2016 and this package is not available for 2017. What options do I have?
The following options are available to you:

Price: $30 (Fulfilment item collected at match)
$40 (Fulfilment item posted with membership pack)

- You can use your membership barcode to purchase one ticket per membership to any home matches throughout the season at a discount of 40%. Tickets can be purchased from 1 December 2016 and are available through Ticketek.

- Access to members only events throughout the season
- Membership card and pack
- Discounts on Melbourne vixens merchandise
Netball Victoria and RACV members receive a 10% discount on Melbourne Vixens memberships.

I would like to purchase discounted tickets with my Supporters Club membership but I don’t have my membership card with my barcode number. What do I do?
If you do not have your membership card please contact the Melbourne Vixens membership team on 1300 VIXENS (84 93 67) or email email@example.com so we can provide you with these details.
Will I be able to bring friend along to a game?
Supporters Club members will have access to purchase one ticket at a 40% discount however you will be able to purchase additional tickets in the same transaction at the normal ticketing rate. This will allow you to all sit together at the match.
I am a Supporters Club member. How do I purchase tickets?
Supporters Club members are able to purchase tickets to Melbourne Vixens home game through Ticketek. Tickets for our matches excluding the double headers go on sale on 1 December 2016. Double header matches will go on sale at a later date. Tickets are subject to capacity and you are encouraged to purchase your tickets early to avoid missing out.
What is included in the Supporters Club membership package?
The Supporters Club membership is a flexible membership which entitles members to the standard benefits as well as access to purchasing a ticket to Melbourne Vixens home matches at a discounted rate.

What happens with seating for the double header matches?
This season we also have two double headers with the Collingwood Magpies Netball Club - a first for the sport! It’s a new concept Netball Australia have introduced and our members will be able to attend two additional games of netball for the season.
However, the introduction of the double headers does mean some changes for membership seating.
The double-header event with Collingwood on Saturday 4 March, 2017 will be a Collingwood home game and run by Collingwood, therefore this will be a reserved seat ticketed match.
Reserved Seat members will still have access to a reserved seat. However, this will not be the same seat location as regular Vixens home games.
Reserved Seat members will be given priority access to log on and reserve a seat for this double-header game. There is no cost to reserve a seat for this match. Further details regarding the double headers will be distributed in the future.
The second double header match of the season on Saturday 6 May, 2017 will be a Vixens home game and run by the Vixens. Your reserved seat will remain the same, you will also have access to the second match on this night.
Tickets purchased for the double header will provide you with access to the two matches on the night.
