Each course includes three sections of video and written content, and two quizzes to reinforce the information learned. The videos deep dive into skills and drills required to master each topic. The videos are succinct, ranging from 2-5 minutes, hosted by Kiera or Ruby.

Upon completing each course, the participant is provided a certificate of completion signed by Kiera and Ruby.

The courses are informative for netballers of all ages, however the content is intended for a 12-16 year old audience.
