1) Is the 2020 Suncorp Super Netball Season going to be played this year?
The Suncorp Super League Commission advised that the 2020 Suncorp Super Netball Season has been postponed until June 30, 2020, a date that will be reviewed by the League on 31 May 2020.
2) Will I receive a refund on my 2020 Melbourne Vixens Membership?
Due to the season being postponed as opposed to cancelled, at this stage we are asking our Vixens members to hold onto their memberships for now and we will be in contact after 31 May 2020. Our members are crucial to our operations and longevity and we rely on your membership to allow the Vixens to hit the court in 2020 and beyond.
3) What is happening with my monthly payments for my Vixens Membership?
There are currently three remaining payments for 2020 due on the 15th of April, May and June. We feel that it is appropriate, at this time, to suspend the remaining payments until further notice.
If you wish to still continue to make the remaining payments and support us please contact the Melbourne Vixens Membership team at firstname.lastname@example.org and your payments can be reinstated.
4) Will I receive my membership pack?
All 2020 Melbourne Vixens Junior and Beyond the Court members should have received their full membership pack in the mail shortly after purchasing.
Adult and concession members should have received their membership pack along with a collection voucher for a scarf or beanie which can be collected at a match.
Due to the uncertainty of when matches will be played, the Melbourne Vixens will send out your scarf or beanie. If you are yet to do so, please click here to advise us of your preference for a 2020 scarf or beanie, as well as any changes in your postal address.
5) Is the Melbourne Vixens/Netball Victoria office currently open?
Netball Victoria offices are currently closed with all staff members working from home. The Melbourne Vixens membership team can be contacted via email at email@example.com

6) Are any other Melbourne Vixens events happening?
All Melbourne Vixens functions and events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice however the Melbourne Vixens are hosting a number of online clinics which are available for free to Melbourne Vixens members. Click here for more information.
7) Am I still able to purchase Melbourne Vixens merchandise?
